Over the last two years of Jay's illness, St. Catherine's Hospice provided much support and help to Jay and to Denis, devoted husband and full-time carer, enabling Jay to stay well-cared-for at home and live with dignity - for which we are all extremely grateful. PSP Association (PSPA) is the only UK charity to provide information and support to people diagnosed with Corticobasal Degeneration - Jay's disease - alongside Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, and this help and advice was very useful throughout Jay's illness. The charity also funds research into treatments and ultimately (we hope, one day) a cure.
